The Intelligent Cognitive Assistance System (INCASE) system is an AI powered assembly assistant.  Our INCASE technology provides context-specific real-time guidance and validation to the operator, allowing them to reduce errors as they happen. It prevents the propagation of errors into the final product.    It can be used in a training environment, or for new operator support, or used as a back-up assistant for all your operators on all processes, with easy access to the SOP.

We provide the manufacturing data for the quality control team, greatly reducing their efforts and costs.  We also provide full digital history records for each product.   The digital history record is an image or video of the part being made and passing the quality check.  This data is tagged with whether a quality check is required or not.  All other data such as the product details, work order, lot, workstation, date and time, cycle time, critical to quality, operator id, etc.  is available for querying.  This rich Big Data set offers huge opportunities for identifying training needs, and opportunities for continuous improvement.     The data is also available for export for use in other systems, and systems integration with MES, PLM systems or whatever suits your needs.
